Terms of Service
Effective September 15, 2026
1. Who provides Bible Decoded
Bible Decoded is provided by Felix Amadeus Åslund, Källgatan 2, apartment 1102, 826 30 Söderhamn, Sweden. Contact felixamadeus555@gmail.com for support, cancellation requests, refunds or complaints.
These terms cover subscriptions purchased directly through our Stripe checkout. Any purchase through an app store is subject to the purchase terms and management tools shown by that store.
2. The service
Bible Decoded provides scripture, interpretations and personal reflection features. Premium gives access to the features described in the app and at checkout. Interpretations are for reflection; symbolic and quantum language is metaphorical and does not constitute scientific claims.
Keep your sign-in details secure and use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with the service or copy and redistribute content without permission or another lawful basis.
3. Prices and automatic renewal
The regular direct-subscription prices are US$1.99 per month or US$19.99 per year. The yearly plan is billed as one annual payment. The checkout shows the billing period, currency, any applicable tax and total before you confirm the purchase. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees.
Your subscription renews automatically for the same billing period until you cancel. We charge the payment method you authorize at checkout. A free trial applies only if explicitly offered at checkout, with its duration and subsequent charge shown there.
Any change to your subscription price will be communicated before it takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel future renewals through the Stripe customer portal linked in your subscription emails, or by emailing support from your account email address. You can also contact support if a portal link is unavailable.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. You keep Premium access until then, and no further renewal charge is due. Cancellation alone does not request a refund; tell us if you also wish to withdraw from the purchase or request a refund.
A failed payment may lead to retries and eventual suspension or cancellation of Premium. Contact support if your payment succeeded but your access is missing.
5. Withdrawal, refunds and problems
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Applicable rules differ for digital content and digital services. These terms do not ask you to waive your statutory withdrawal rights merely by starting to use the app.
To exercise a right of withdrawal, send a clear request to felixamadeus555@gmail.com within the applicable period. Include your account email and purchase date; never send full card details. Where a refund is due by law, we provide it within the legal time limit and normally to the original payment method.
Outside statutory rights, cancelling does not automatically refund a completed or partly used billing period. Contact us about duplicate charges, missing access or other service problems so we can investigate. Nothing here limits your rights to remedies for faulty or undelivered services.
6. Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, usage and payment-related information is handled. Stripe processes direct subscription payments. Use our contact page for access or privacy requests.
7. Changes and consumer rights
We may update these terms and the service. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated before they apply. Mandatory consumer protections, including protections in your country of residence where applicable, remain in force.
Contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Swedish consumers may also contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) where the dispute meets its criteria. These terms do not restrict your right to seek a remedy before a competent court.
